Group Ketamine Therapy for Therapists
Go deeper, reduce burnout, reconnect to yourself.
You’ve done therapy for years, you’ve made big strides and changes, but somehow you know there’s still more.
You’ve been through your own traumas and issues and have worked hard over the years to heal. You’ve done your own therapy, made lots of progress, and it’s made you a much better therapist. But lately you are starting to feel like maybe there’s more to work on. You find yourself nodding a little too intensely and the stories your clients are telling you are feeling a little too close to home.
You are not alone.
There are tons of therapists just like you. Therapists, helpers, and healers who show up week after week for their clients while also juggling their own relationships, households, and trauma history. Being a healer is a unique job filled with so much reward, but it can also be exhausting, overwhelming, and you can find yourself riddled with imposter syndrome as you work through your own stuff behind the scenes.
A place to do the deeper work
As a therapist myself I know just how dang hard it can be to find your own therapist! I searched for years for the right person, and the right modality to help me out of my stuck places. I made tons of progress, but it wasn’t until I discovered the power of psychedelics and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy that my life was truly transformed and my healing intensified.
That’s exactly what I want for you, and that’s why I’ve created this opportunity for other healers to come together, find a sense of belonging, and find deeper healing.

Why Ketamine?
The short answer is this: it’s powerful! I know you’re short on time and energy, but you really want a big change. You want to get back to feeling like yourself. The true you that’s grounded and connected to your intuition. The you that feels confident in your decision making and isn’t weighed down by the anxiety or depression that feels so heavy.
We will leverage the power of Ketamine and community to help create big strides and lasting change.
Ketamine is a well-researched, legal, safe, medication prescribed by a doctor. KAP synergizes ketamine and psychotherapy for a deeper healing experience.
Ketamine use creates enhanced neuroplasticity, which means your brain will be more open and able to move towards the changes you’ll be creating in thought patterns and ways of seeing yourself. Ketamine has also been shown to create immediate antidepressant effects and provides access to new insights that you may not have regularly.
You may be worried or afraid to process some of your past traumas that you know are impacting your life because it can feel incredibly uncomfortable and increase your anxiety or depression, but Ketamine allows for deeper trauma processing with less feelings of activation in the body.
Prior to our group starting, you will complete a medical consultation with a doctor who will determine appropriate dosing and provide a prescription that is delivered to your home. This consultation will allow you to answer any questions you may have about Ketamine and the dosing process.
A full KAP series of 6-8 sessions is the ideal way to create the most potent and long-lasting benefits of KAP.
Preparation Workbook
Each participant will receive a comprehensive workbook to help prepare weeks before the first session. This workbook is designed to help you take the time you really need to prepare and make the most out of this experience.
2 Powerful Dosing Sessions
Dosing sessions will take place on Wednesday, April 30 and Wednesday. May 7, 2025.
Each session is from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
Sessions include intention setting, meditation, and connected and meaningful conversations to help you prepare to go inward. The space is carefully curated and the 4 hour time block allows space to sit with any protector parts that may be present, go inward, and process following the experience. Inward journey typically lasts 45 mins to 1.5 hours.
Integration
Integration is the process of blending the learnings from a psychedelic journey into different areas of life - turning insights into tangible and comprehensive reality.
This is the most important part of the process and what makes the entire experience therapeutic and healing, taking advantage of the window of neuroplasticity that lasts up to 3 days post-journey.
Integration sessions will take place online May 2 + May 9 online from noon-1:30pm.
Investment
Total cost for this Heal the Healer experience is $1398.
Medical consultation and medication is $338. Medical costs are paid to a separate provider and may be covered by insurance (Aetna or BCBS).

FAQs

I know this isn’t a question, but it is something I hear in consults all the time. The truth is, you are not alone. Many of my clients have never explored psychedelic substances at all and use minimal (if any) substances recreationally. There is a reason that ketamine is one of the first substances that has been legalized to be used as part of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
-
Absolutely! According to a study conducted by Yale University, many chronically depressed and treatment-resistant patients experience immediate relief from symptoms after taking small amounts of the drug ketamine. Ketamine therapy has a swift short-term effect on reducing symptoms of depression and suicidal thoughts, according to a review of all the available evidence provided by University of Exeter.

I have a partnership with the medical team at Journey Clinical, and after I develop a good working relationship with my clients I refer them for a quick, online medical evaluation, and when eligible they receive a prescription for ketamine lozenges. They bring their prescription to my office and I help provide a serene and calming environment for their medicine journeys.

I have a partnership with the medical team at Journey Clinical. You will meet with a medical professional virtually who will do a thorough evaluation to determine if you are eligible and it is safe to do ketamine assisted psychotherapy. If it is, you’ll be prescribed the ketamine, and you’ll bring your filled prescription to your ketamine sessions.
-
Ketamine sessions are amazing and can lead to a sense of well-being. However, the research you see of how impactful it can be long-term is when people experience ketamine therapy in conjunction with support on integrating the experience. Together we work on establishing goals and intentions for your treatment and I help you to integrate what you experience along with the other women in the group.
-
I am not your run of the mill therapist and I have other beyond talk therapy options that consistently help people make big progress quickly and effectively. Don’t worry- I’ve got you. And, if I am not the right fit for some reason- we’ll get you connected to who is! You also will not be charged by the medical team if this is not the best fit for you.
-
At some point during the 8 weeks, you may decide to skip a dosing session or feel like it’s just not a good fit for you and I encourage all of my clients to listen to their intuition. In these cases you may speak with me directly and we will map out a plan that may still include connection in the group meetings for support.
-
I understand that illness and other unforeseen obstacles occur, and you may need to miss a session, however if you are unable to commit to all 8 sessions please discuss this in your consultation call. In order to maintain group cohesion and provide the best support, commitment to all 8 sessions is required and you will still be billed for missed sessions.
“Ketamine doesn’t give you what you don’t already have, ketamine gives you access to what you have that’s been blocked by grief, loss, and sadness.”
